- For most new items shipped via parcel, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
- For items shipped ground or freight, times vary depending on location and availability.

If the item is available for pickup, the option is available.
Can I request a specific delivery time?

For smaller items (those shipped by carriers such as FedEx or UPS), you cannot request specific delivery times. For larger items shipped via freight, you can schedule a phone call within 24 hours of delivery of the 4-hour window the carrier is expected to arrive.
If the carrier is unable to deliver within the 4-hour window, they will schedule a redelivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery within the 4-hour window, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

- For larger items shipped via freight, you may need a liftgate if you do not have a proper truck-level loading dock or access to a forklift. If you need a liftgate, please click the liftgate option during checkout.
- Charges may apply if you need a forklift after ordering the item, or if the carrier is unable to deliver the item without a liftgate (a redelivery fee may also apply).

Please keep the item unused and its original packaging and contact us as soon as possible. A representative will work with you to either exchange the item or provide a refund.

For parcel items, please contact us within 2 business days and a representative will work with you to find a solution.
For freight items, you MUST do the following:
- Label it clearly on the delivery receipt (or bill of lading) before signing it
- Keep a copy of your receipt
- If missing parts of an item, please take photos of the item upon delivery
- Contact us within 2 business days
**It is imperative that the above steps are taken if items or parts are missing. If notes are not written on the delivery receipt before signing the receipt, we cannot guarantee compensation or replacement of parts.**

When items are too large to ship via traditional consumer methods such as FedEx or UPS, the items are shipped on tractor trailers to your location.
When the freight truck arrives at your location, you are responsible for unloading the item from the tractor-trailer and putting it into your facility.
I cannot/do not want to unload the item(s) from the freight truck. Do you install items?
