Welcome to USA Restaurant Suppliers. USA Restaurant Suppliers, Inc provides website features and other products and services when you visit or shop at usa-rs.com, use USA Restaurant Suppliers’ partners, or use any software provided by USA Restaurant Suppliers (herein referred to as “USA Services”). USA Restaurant Suppliers provides its services subject to the following conditions.

BY USING USA RESTAURANT SUPPLIERS SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

Orders

Availability

  • Unless back ordered, most items will be shipped within 10-14 business days, based on availability.

Canceling/Modifying an Order

  • Once an order is placed, USA Restaurant Suppliers cannot guarantee the order can be canceled or modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

Disputes

  • By using the USA Restaurant Suppliers’ services or partners, you agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to USA Restaurant Suppliers, its partners, and service providers who use USA Services will be resolved through binding arbitration instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
  • By using this site, you agree that USA Restaurant Suppliers is not liable for any product or service sold by its partners or sellers who utilize the USA platform.
  • If you would like to file a dispute, please contact us and a representative will work with you throughout the arbitration process.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards

  • USA Restaurant Suppliers accepts all major credit cards. All orders must be placed through our checkout process.
  • Your card will be charged in full immediately after the order is placed.

Alternative Payment Options

  • USA Restaurant Suppliers also accepts checks, ACH and wire transfers. The order will not be placed until payment has been received and deposited.
  • Financing is available via 3rd parties. Click here for Financing (linked to financing page)
  • Once payment has been received, the order will be cleared for shipment. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days while the payment is processing (certified checks are excluded from this holding time).

Currency

  • All pricing is listed in US Dollars on the USA Restaurant Suppliers platform. When ordering outside of the United States, the funds received on an order will be converted to the local currency of the customer’s ordering country. The rate of exchange is locked when the order is placed. Credit card companies may also charge a currency conversion fee. Please contact your card issuer for further information.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping within the continental United States. If you are tax-exempt, please contact us for review.

Product Policy

OEM vs Non-OEM

  • OEM or “original equipment manufacturer” is the original manufacturer of the product.
  • At times, non-OEM parts may be available. Non-OEM parts are not created by the original manufacturer, but are compatible with OEM components, and are usually cheaper.

Image Policy

  • We try our best to get accurate images of our products, however some product images are difficult or impossible to obtain. When this happens, we use the closest representation we have for the product. These photos may show features or options not available on the product for sale. Please read the description, specification sheet, etc before placing an order. If you are still concerned, please contact us.
  • Due to different resolutions and technologies, we cannot guarantee the color of the product you see matches the color of the actual product. If you need to confirm the color of an item, please contact us.

Samples

  • We do not offer product samples.

Warranty Policy

  • Please follow the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

Returns Policy

To qualify for a return, item(s) must be in original packaging and a return claim must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

Returns for Consumable Products

  • We are unable to accept returns for consumable products.

Restocking Fees

  • All returns have a restocking fee of 35% and a return crating/shipping charge. Customer is in charge of loading and shipping the return product.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates for orders vary depending on the shipping method, delivery address, dimensions, and weight. Shipping prices are determined by the shipping carrier. Some items, including bulk orders, may require a special freight quote. You will be contacted by a representative to receive a quote. You may also contact us with any questions.

Freight Shipping

  • Items that are too large for parcel shipping will be shipped via freight. Freight shipping may require a scheduled delivery, which is available for an extra charge.
  • If the carrier misses the delivery appointment, they will reschedule it. If you are unavailable to accept your delivery during the scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for any redelivery fees.

Liftgate

  • If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload the items from the truck, then you will need a liftgate. The liftgate option must be selected at checkout.
  • A higher fee may be applied if liftgate is needed after checkout.
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver your order because a liftgate was not selected during checkout, a redelivery fee may apply in addition to a liftgate fee.
  • You are responsible for your order once the liftgate has lowered it to the ground. You will need to have a hand truck, dolly, or assistance with moving the product inside your building.

Commercial Limited Access Addresses

  • Additional fees may apply if the order is being delivered to a limited access location, such as a University or country club.

Residential Addresses

  • If your order is being delivered to a residential address, even if you operate a commercial operation out of a residential address, you must select “residential” upon checkout.

Address Changes

  • If you need to change the delivery address post-checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. Carriers may charge a reconsignment fee to update their shipping addresses.

International Orders/Shipments

USA Restaurant Suppliers sells and ships products worldwide. These orders are subject to the following conditions:

Electrical Requirements

  • Electrical equipment manufactured in the United States may not work in other countries. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the voltage and Hertz requirements in their specific countries match the items ordered.

Shipping Carriers

  • For freight shipment outside of the contiguous 48 states, a freight forwarder is required. It is the responsibility of the customer to find and hire their own freight forwarding services. Please contact us if you would like assistance on finding a freight forwarder.

Payments

  • Due to potential fraud concerns, customers with addresses outside the United States must pay via wire transfer or U.S. money order. All payments are made in US dollars.

Taxes and Duties

  • If you place orders outside of the United States, you may have to pay additional taxes and duties in your country. USA Restaurant Suppliers cannot estimate what those taxes and duties will be, and are not responsible for them. Failure to pay these taxes and duties will result in an un-deliverable product.

International Warranties

  • All warranties are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and may not be valid outside of the United States. It is your responsibility to read the manufacturer’s warranty for your product and ensure that it works with your needs.

International Returns

  • With the exception of defective products in new condition, returns are not allowed to products shipped outside of the United States.

International Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information up to arriving at the freight forwarder. After that, you will need to work with the freight forwarding company to get new tracking.

Freight

  • For orders that do not qualify for parcel shipping, orders will be shipped via freight. Transit times vary based on delivery locations.

Damages/Missing Items - Freight

  • USA Restaurant Suppliers is not liable for any damage orders incur in transit.
  • If any part of your order is missing or damaged, or you have any concerns about damages, you must do the following:
    1. Note “DAMAGED” clearly on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing
    2. Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
    3. Contact us within 2 business days of receipt of the items
    4. Keep the damaged order for inspection. Do not alter the package in any way.
    5. Take photos of the damaged order and packaging immediately
  • We will work with you to file a damage claim with the freight carrier and provide you with a replacement.
  • **If you sign your name on the delivery receipt without noting any damages, then you are stating that you have received your order in acceptable condition. Once this has occurred, there is no possibility of filing a freight claim, and there will be no reimbursement of freight charges, order costs or any other charges incurred by you. Once you have signed the delivery receipt that your shipment arrived in acceptable condition, the item(s) belong to you.**

Damages/Missing Items – Parcel

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If you deem your order is damaged or lost, please keep the items in its original packaging and contact us within 2 business days. If items are lost, we will work with the carriers to find your order. If the order is found, it will be delivered to your address. If it is not, we will work with you to find a solution.

Defective Products

  • If you purchased an item that is defective, you will have to file a warranty claim. For more information on warranties and this process, please contact us at support@usa-rs.com to help you get started.

Refused Shipments and Unauthorized Returns

  • If you refuse or return any orders for any reason outside of damage or missing items, you will be responsible for a 35% restocking charge and all crating and shipping fees to and from your address. If the order is damaged upon return transit, you will be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Equipment Services and Consulting Policy

Availability

  • USA Restaurant Suppliers cannot guarantee the availability and timeliness of its service partners.

Results

  • USA Restaurant Suppliers prides itself on connecting customers with the highest quality and respected service technicians and consultants in the United States, and we do the best we can to ensure a service is completed successfully, however, by using USA Restaurant Suppliers service, you agree that USA Restaurant Suppliers has no liability on the results of its service and consulting partners.

Invoices

  • By using USA Restaurant Suppliers’ services, you are entitled to a customer concierge team member who will be with you every step of the way and assist with working with the service provider to complete the job. However, only jobs where the full invoice is paid through USA Restaurant Suppliers qualifies for a customer concierge team member.
  • Notice of multiple invoices paid outside of USA Restaurant Suppliers’ platform may lead to penalties/termination of services.

Your Account

You will need your own USA Restaurant Suppliers account to use certain USA Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. USA Restaurant Suppliers does not sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the USA Restaurant Suppliers services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. USA Restaurant Suppliers reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use USA Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Risk of Loss

All purchases of physical items from USA Restaurant Suppliers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For all services purchased from USA Restaurant Suppliers, including unloading, installation, maintenance, cleaning, etc, risk of loss is passed to you upon purchase. USA Restaurant Suppliers will not have liability if purchases are made outside of the USA Restaurant Suppliers’ website.
