Self-leveling • Single dispensing tube • 9.12"–10.12" platesDesigned for high-volume cafeterias, buffets and tray-make lines, the Delfield DIS-1013-ET keeps your plates evenly heated and always at hand. The drop-in unit fits a 12-7/8" counter cut-out, features automatic self-leveling and delivers a gentle, even 120-140 °F blanket of heat across every plate in the stack.
