Shelleymatic® Even Temp Heated Dish Dispenser
Model CAB2-913ET • Two-Stack, Self-Elevating • 9.12" max. dishKeep plates hot, clean and always within easy reach. Delfield’s mobile Shelleymatic® Even Temp dispenser combines rugged stainless-steel construction with gentle, fan-assisted convection heat to hold dishes at a reassuring 120 – 140 °F (49 – 60 °C). Two self-leveling tubes automatically rise as plates are removed, so servers never have to bend or waste time fishing for the next plate.
