Keep every plate service-ready with Shelleymatic’s field-proven Even Temp technology. This compact, stainless-steel cart gently heats, stores and dispenses up to 144 plates (5"–5 ¾" Ø) while gliding effortlessly from kitchen to serving line on four all-locking 4" casters.
